Born from 40 years of running programs at sea.
Intrlinc was built inside a real expedition organization — not a tech lab. Every feature exists because someone needed it on a boat, at a remote service site, or during a 3am parent call.
Our mission
Intrlinc started as an internal tool at Global Expeditions Group — the parent company behind ActionQuest, Seamester, and GoBeyond — organizations that have been running sailing voyages, gap year semesters, and teen service trips since 1986. We built it because nothing else could handle the complexity of managing hundreds of participants across multiple vessels, countries, and time zones simultaneously.
Today, Intrlinc serves organizations beyond GXG — from service adventure programs to leadership academies. But our DNA remains the same: every feature is shaped by real operational needs, tested in real field conditions, and refined by the people who actually run the trips.

Meet the team
Founded by an all-star team.
Expedition operators and engineers, working together to solve problems we've lived firsthand.
Our team includes people who've run check-in day for 200 teenagers arriving at a Caribbean marina, coordinated emergency medical evacuations from sailing vessels, and spent seasons tracking staff certifications across dozens of PADI instructors and sailing captains. They know what breaks, what gets forgotten, and what keeps program directors up at night.
Alongside them, our engineers build software that actually works in the field — on tablets at the dock, on phones with spotty satellite internet, and in the admin office at midnight before departure day. No feature ships without being validated by the people who'll use it.
Where we come from
Forged in the field, not a boardroom.
Intrlinc was born inside Global Expeditions Group — operators of ActionQuest, Seamester, and GoBeyond — and is now trusted by organizations across the youth travel industry.
Our roots
-
Global Expeditions Group has run sailing voyages, gap year semesters, and teen service trips since 1986. Intrlinc was built to solve their operational challenges — managing enrollment, staff credentialing, travel logistics, and safety compliance across four brands and dozens of programs per year. That real-world pressure shaped every feature.
